At Maison Velyra, each creation is prepared with the utmost care to guarantee an authentic and impeccable experience.

Returns

We apply a 14-day return policy from the receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must imperatively be:
  • unopened
  • unused
  • in its original condition
For hygiene reasons and to protect perfumed products, any opened, tested, or used item cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Maison Velyra does not provide prepaid return labels.

International orders

For certain destinations outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These costs are covered by Maison Velyra.

Damaged items or order error

We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy specifies how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that will soon be available. We may not collect any payment or only a partial deposit at the time of order, save your payment method, and then process the full payment later.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Shipping Policy

During peak periods, preparation times may exceptionally be extended.

Carriers

Shipments may be handled by our logistics partners, including Colissimo and FedEx.

Maison Velyra cannot be held responsible for impossible delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

The prices displayed on the website correspond only to the price of the product.
