These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Maison Velyra website.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Maison Velyra offers perfumed creations for sale, subject to stock availability.
The visuals, photographs, and descriptions on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product depending on the screens or devices used.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website correspond only to the price of the product.
Unless otherwise stated, the displayed prices do not include:
- delivery fees;
- local taxes;
- customs duties;
- or any applicable import fees outside the European Union.
VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Maison Velyra reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice.
The invoiced price will be the rate displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment validation.

Each order is prepared and shipped with the utmost care. Once handed over to the carrier, delivery is ensured by the selected shipping service.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must imperatively be:
- unopened;
- unused;
- in its original condition;
- accompanied by its original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene and protection of perfumed products, any item that has been opened, tested, or used cannot be refunded.
